User Data Deletion

Request deletion from ProMyAd

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your ProMyAd account. Include the email address you use to sign in, but do not send your password, Meta access token, or verification code.

You may also email admin@promyad.com with the subject ProMyAd data deletion request.

Remove ProMyAd from Meta

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites or Business integrations.
3. Select ProMyAd and choose Remove.

Removing the integration stops future access through that authorization. To request deletion of data already stored by ProMyAd, also send the deletion request described above.

What we delete

After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify data associated with your account, including:

• connected Facebook and Instagram account records and stored authorization tokens;
• Business Memory profile information;
• uploaded and generated media associated with your account;
• draft, scheduled, and publishing records; and
• other account data that is not required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Timing and important limitations

We will acknowledge your request and normally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements. Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for marketing.

Deleting ProMyAd data does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account and does not automatically remove posts already published on Meta. You can remove published content directly from the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account.
